Title: ? about Hard Drives

Hi: Trying to decide between a Western Digital Blue Caviar vs Black Caviar 1TB Hard drive(both spec out the same pretty much) it will be used only for storage( Movies Blu-ray & DVD) which will be then streamed to my TV,etc. I'd like to save some $$$ If there is no comprise with the Blue in terms of performance.Thanks!!!

Get the cheapest one you can for external, large media.  You'll get years of solid use out of it, and when its time, replace it with the next best thing.

If this were an OS drive, the answer would be different.
