Title: Audio Quality Output Mode

Am unable to use any audio quality output mode but direct sound.  Anyone know why?  I would like to use ASIO.

Appreciate any suggestions.

Welcome to the forum.  You may be using an OS that is too old to have WASAPI.  ASIO requires a driver that your device manufacturer may supply.
