Title: Watching Live TV and recording at the same time issue!
Post by: Daveyravey on September 10, 2013, 12:19:47 pm
I am running build 37 of Mc19 and have uncovered a problem whilst recording TV. I will try to explain my set up and experience to see if anyone can shed any light on my problem.

I am running an I5 4670 Inlet CPU using Haswell on board graphics with Mad VR set up for all my video. I am using default Lanczos settings and playback is smooth.... However

If i am watching a TV programme for example and then start to record the same programme or another one the video becomes choppy the results are similar to Mad VR not having enough graphics horsepower
but like i said if i am not recording anything all is ok. If i then cancel the recording and carry on watching live TV the choppiness goes away.

I am running the latest Intel GPU drivers chipset drivers etc... I have also monitored CPU usage during the chopiness and it only ever gets up to around 35%...

Any ideas
