Running mc19 right click on audio file, send to ftp server, nothing happens

I have the same issue and just came looking for some documentation on this feature.  I use MC to organize my photos, so I rank them, then want to send the 5 star ones to a network share.  I figure I can do this with the FTP feature, but nothing opens at all when I select this.

Strange... It definitely looks like this could be a bug.  Thanks for your report.
