Title: Library Server as a per Library option

Using MC19 I notice that now Library server is always turned on after you configure it the first time, and it serves whichever library is loaded. Has it always been this way? I have a feeling it wasnt and I would really prefer it if it would only serve my main library.

As far as I know, this is how it's always been.
