I upgraded my Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 and the "Run as administrator" became broken (and most of the Win+x menu). It took me a while to figure it out but it seems this is caused by ShellEx\ContextMenuHandlers (common problem)
After disabling MC 19, the menus were working fine.
