Title: ROHQ - Low, Medium and High settings?

I read in a recent thread somewhere a reference to some processors might be able to handle a ROHQ medium setting if they can't handle a high setting. Is there an easy way of configuring this, I can't see any selection as easy as ROHQ Low, Medium or High!

I have an i7 Ivy Bridge, but it's only a mobile processor and I get dropped frames using ROHQ. It works with RO Standard fine but just wondering if I can get ROHQ to work at all.

Go to Tools>Options>General>Video Card.
