I have installed Power DVD and it seems to be using the holywood decoder but I cannot get the TV output to switch on any ideas?
Also I still cannot get MJ to open Vob files or play DVDs am I missing something?

If you want to use TV Out, you can ONLY use DVD station which has been delivered with your card.
PowerDVD or other Software players do not support TV out for the Hollywood card.
So this means :
You can use PowerDVD or MJ to play DVD's on your PC monitor.
You can use DVD station to play DVD's on your TV (TV out)
I'm sorry to hear about the VOB files not playing with MJ, they do in DVD station, so you might use that.
