Title: Play DVD movie from Folder name
Post by: CraigNZ on October 02, 2013, 01:01:54 pm
I tried:

mc19.exe "E:\Below\"

mc19.exe /Play "E:\Below\"

mc19.exe /ImportAndPlay "E:\Below\"

mc19.exe /DVDVideo "E:\Below\"

none of these worked, is there a special format or command for specifying a folder?

No, but I have a script that might help you.  Let me go find the post...

That did it .. thanks heaps!

I was hoping MC19 had added folder launching (I recently upgraded from 18).  Maybe one day.

Great.

I agree, MC should allow using the folder name of the collection, since it isn't easy for users to know which file to supply.  It could use the same basic logic the script uses.
