Title: THE LICENSE WON'T RESTORE

My computer locked up when you were downloading the rrg. file to me.You have the money and I can't restore the license with MJ player to stop the time lock. I'll use a landline tomorrow since your postings imply you don't do e-mails. Even an e-mail receipt would have been nice.I'm sure this will be worked out.I like the player.

Hi gauthierjustmike,

If you used a valid email address, and you didn't get an email receipt, then your credit card wasn't charged. (well, assuming that something completely unrelated didn't break).

Send me the details - exactly where it stopped, the name you used - to gateley@jriver.com and I'll check out what happened.
