Title: Media Editor

I recently upgraded to WindowsXP, which I am enjoying, but shortly thereafter I lost Media Editor. It no longer is able to open music files that I recorded using MJ; Media Editor just hangs.

I have reinstalled and downloaded the latest version without success.

Has anyone experienced this before?

don't click on the open button.

select a file, and hit return, there seems to be a problem with media editor and windows xp.

some say they have no problems some say they do, who knows.

That is very interesting.  Who would have thought something like that would have anything to do with it.  I tried what you said and it works.  Pretty amazing.

Amazing.  I have the same problem with Media Editor in XP.  Thanks for the work-around KingSparta!
