Title: Can't set software to insert 2 second gap between tracks
Post by: jpw on March 08, 2002, 03:56:39 pm
Hi,

I just downloaded the MediaJukebox demo and am having troubles. In Options->CD Writer Settings, the checkboxes "Add two second gap between audio tracks"  and "Decode mp3 files directly to CD" are disabled. Why is this? I need to insert that gap!

Thanks,
Jay

see if your using the generic driver, if so install ASPI Drivers, Located at:

Although it isn't clear in version 7, if the 2 second gap option is disabled, it means ALL your audio tracks will be burned with a 2 second gap between them. The bug was that the checkmark wasn't always placed in the 2 second option, the option was just disabled. But you WILL get the 2 second gaps.

Like KingSparta says, installing the ASPI layer will give you more flexibility with Media Jukebox CD burning, including the option to turn off the 2 second gaps.

Hope that makes sense.
