Title: How to turn off breadcrumb playlists
Post by: Windcrest77 on October 22, 2013, 02:53:19 pm
Hi,

I'm a new user thinking of switching from media monkey to jriver becAuse I like my remote control options better and it appears to have better audio drivers for my DAC. But I'm finding that jriver is generating some very annoying playlists that are named with the date and time. These are pretty much useless and they are clogging up my remote control software with a list of playlists a mile long that I will never use and make it hard to find my real playlists. How on earth do I turn off these auto generated playlists that seem to just contain songs I recently played but didn't ask to be placed into a playlist? Also how do I get rid of the playlist group for car songs? I deleted it but it keeps re appearing on me.

Thanks
Rick

See if disabling Recent Playing Nows under Tools > Options > General > Features helps.
