I have my registration code after purchasing recently and noticed my JRiver said I had 3 days left on the trial. So I found the Paypal verification link and entered my transaction and it keeps failing.
What do I do now? I don't want to lose any setups, etc in the system. I'm also traveling today and tomorrow so I cannot get to the computer with the account on it. Am I hosed?

This is what I get from the Paypal verify site:
"We could not authenticate your transaction.
Please try later at JRiver's PayPal support page. You will need your PayPal Transaction ID.
Please visit Interact for technical support."

You have a full license. You just need to enter your license code in the program.
