Title: JRiver MC 19 crashing on Windows 8.1

Hi guys,

I upgraded to Windows 8.1 recently and my MC 19 has been crashing upon launching MC 19. I completely uninstalled it and reinstalled but it's still occurring. I disabled all the plugins and used the default library but still no luck. I'm not sure if it's related to Windows 8.1 or not, but has anyone else been experiencing this?
