Title: 19.0.54 How to disable all writing to file tags?
Post by: chrisjj on November 06, 2013, 09:46:55 am
What MC settings do I need to disable all MC writes to track files? I want to use MC to browse as set of disc track files with no possibility of them being modified.

Currently I use Windows Explorer set the files Read-only (http://img24.imageshack.us/img24/9038/ixj9.png), but I hope there's a better solution.

Thanks.

Thanks Matt. I guess that would prevent writes to my main library too, so I'll try it on a separate portable install for just protected browsing.
