Back when I was using MC18, there was a way to create a custom caption that would allow me to mark a TV show partially watched, watched, and various other things (bold for unwatched, etc)...see this thread:

Is this still possible in v19? I can't seem to find a way to do this now...I would really like the ability to change up the way the recent shows view looks. Thanks.
