On some of these HT amps it gives you a microphone, you put it in your listening position it plays tones and sets all the options up for you. Would there be any way to get this on JRiver?

Perhaps some sort of convolution is what you're looking for? This is a very brief overview of what it is, and some third party software for measuring it.

No, MC will not do any of these things automatically for you. There is software which will do so (and MC could utilize the correction files made by said software), but you'd have to get a mic and learn how to use it. Are you talking about room/speaker correction, or setting levels for a surround setup? MC has some built-in features for setting up surround sound........
