Title: New MPC Plugin
Post by: Trelane on March 05, 2002, 06:11:08 pm
Hi,

Thought I'd let everyone know that I've released a brand new version of the MPC plugin. If you'd like to know more, please see www.naivesoftware.com. The latest version of the plugin is 100% Winamp free and based on Frank's decoder (version 0.98).

There's some more features to add, but it's up if you'd like to give it a try!

Let me know what you think and if you find any bugs. Thanks Next Page
Mike

Now, if Frank would take time and convert command line encoder to support stdio we could write MPC encoder for Medai Jukebox to do on the fly encoding. Won't that be cool?

Other than the official 1.79f (Winamp-) Plugin this one crashes MJ when playing an .mpc file after an .mp3 file in playlist.  This doesnot happen when just starting an .mpc file - only when MJ automatically goes to the next file in list and this is an -mpc file (after an .mp3 file).

I'm sorry. The bug I reported seems not to be the .mpc plugin's fault... I found out that it also happens when I only have .mp3 files in the playlist...
