Title: Moving Album from One Library to Another
Post by: Styxman on November 14, 2013, 01:59:37 am
Silly question, but can't find what I need in any posts that I've searched.  I have multiple libraries in J River....(Classical, World, Pop, etc).  I need to move albums from one library to another.  I've changed the physical address of the files using MC My Computer, but all that did was change the path name on the files (that's half the battle).  Now, how do I actually remove the reference from, lets say, the Classical Library and put it into the World Library?  Thanks for the help.

1) from old library select album(s)
2) from old library File\Export Playlist\MPL Playlist+Output Range=Selection
3) from new library Import Playlist
4) have a look at album in new library to confirm ok
5) from old library, Edit\Delete\Remove from Media Library (note: do not select option to delete file from disk)
