I want to buy a licence. I have a question.

How long be valid my licence? (I mean 1 year or left time)

Welcome.

If you buy an MC19 license, it will be good for all MC19 builds.  The license and program never expire, so you can continue to use it forever.

One more question.

I have MAC and PC

Can I use same licence on windows and mac versions?

No.  They are different licenses.
