Title: Reg window under "Help", shows "None"

upgraded from 18 > 19, did everything "by the book'.  Went to the program, opened help > Reg Info.  It shows "NONE".  I printed both the license page and the Purchase Complete page.  I want to see my name as the registered owner!!!
I have used at least 4 restores ... still nothing.
Please help me to solve this problem because eventually my "try it" privileges will expire and after all the years of being a Media Player fan now this.

Welcome and thanks for the upgrade.

The name you used during purchase was "None" (or possibly an empty string).

Sorry, but there's no way I can change that now.  It doesn't change the validity of your license.
