While a video is playing (or paused), right click -> DirectShow Filters -> MadVR -> Scaling algorithms.

Here is a good place to start:  http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=80253.0

Don't feel bad, many discrete video cards don't have enough power for Jinc.  In my i7 system at home an NVidia GTX 550Ti could run Jinc on Chroma *or* Upscaling, but not on both at once without staggering.  An Nvidia GTX 660Ti in the same system runs both cheerfully.

If you are upscaling to 4K using Jinc 3 AR, I think you need to look into high-end gaming-class cards. (e.g. GTX 770 or higher)
