Title: Convert Format .jtv -> .mp4 A/V sync

I have been using convert format to archive certain TV shows.  Most of the time it works just fine, but twice now in the last week, the converted file audio is out of sync with the video.  I used to have problems with this when I was using WMC and converting .wtv files, but I haven't had the issue since using .JTV files...does anyone know what the problem may be, and if it can be fixed?
