Title: Import file into JRiver

Hi I have a question regarding importing files into JRiver.
When install, JRiver can hard disc C,D,E,F section, but not the last G section.
Even when import manually, it will not import files within the G section.
Can anyone assist with a solution?

What is different about that drive?
