Title: Theater View Menu Structure

How do I setup a Theater View Menu Structure like this:
Users
      Kids
      Adults

Since each of the sub menu items - Kids, Adults are External Program related, it always puts them on the main level.  See the link below to see what I am after

I figured it out.  I need to use the Nesting feature.
