Title: Plain bad luck.....

Hi folks,


I have been using MC19 for MAC since its introduction and find it to be the best in the market - great job Matt & Co.


Unfortunately my MacBook has recently died, and with a new family member on the way, I cannot afford to replace it.  We have a windows laptop in the house which I would like to use.


I understand MAC and PC use different licenses, but is there a way of changing the designation of my license so that I can continue to use JRiver?   Is it possible for example, that a change can be made at JRiver to say my license 'XYZ' can be used for PC and not MAC?


Thanks in advance for any help or assistance.  Most appreciated.

Welcome.

Unfortunately for you the Mac and Windows licenses are separate and not convertible.

We'd like to offer upgrade pricing to purchase additional platforms in the future, but don't have a way to do it yet.
