Title: Track Skip Problem
Post by: Partridge on November 22, 2013, 08:25:51 am
Hi all, I have been using MC19 for quite a while, but since the last update to MC19 (I think), I have the following problem when playing my audio files.

When skipping to next track, I have set to Gapless, so it skips to next track and plays for less than a second then there is a pause and it starts the next track again.
This is happening every time I skip, which is somewhat annoying.

I have tried tweaking the various options for kipping to Next track, but nothing has cleared this issue.

Can anyone provide some help?

I am feeding my audio out of the USB into my Arcam rPac, which is then connected to my Amp

Options->Audio->Play silence at startup for hardware synchronization.

You might also try lowering the buffer under "Device settings" on the same page.

Thanks for replying. I did try what you advised but still no improvement.

I still get the new track starting to fade up, then slience, then a burst of the next track, then the next track starts properly.

Weird!
