Title: Mini-Me Playlist Flashing

Just wondering why my playlist in Mini-Me mode keeps flashing...
Does it keep refreshing itself?  And is this necessary?  Is this a bug?
It's not a appear/reappear type thing...but it blinks a bit every 2-3 seconds.

Mine does it too, only when it's the active window.

It looks like it's refreshing/redrawing which isn't necessary cause nothing changes. A bug most likely.
