Title: Having a read only database mode issue with 19 and can't solve it

Hi i had to force quit my mc and now I can only open in library read only mode. I had a similar problem with mc 18 but that fix is not working, any advise on how to restore write permissions to my datbase?

Thanks did not know if that method would still work on 19 and did not feel like monkeying around with the support files without knowing if it would be beneficial this time.
