After installed MC 19 latest version, I have been experiencing intermittent stutter and weird electronic screeching/stuttering during playback of audio files via the Lynx AES16 audio card. Changing the buffer delay has not helped. I went back to MC 16 and all was well again. Any ideas?

I have the Lynx AES16e and don't have any issues. I assume you are using ASIO. MC19 changes the buffer setting from samples to ms so you can't set it to the same number as in previous versions.
Have you checked the buffer in the Lynx drivers and tried changing it?
Did you install JRiver 19.0.82 from the top of this board?

I am getting very similar behavior with the Lynx Hilo under MC 19.0.82. Also same behavior under 19.0.76 and 19.0.54. I have changed the buffer settings and used WASAP, and direct modes as well as ASIO and no change. It seems like Windows is operating in shared mode and won't give exclusive use of Hilo to MC. Using Win 7 Home Premium on Mac Mini Boot Camp partition. On the other hand, it works like a charm on the Mac OS side under MC19.
