Title: Can't connect to new server

I just installed a 2nd CAPSv3 Zuma Server in my home with JRiver 19 installed. Each are in 2 parts of the house. I cannot log onto it using JRemote & the access key. Every time I enter the username & password It says "Found your computer but authentication failed. Make sure all values are correct". I have entered the correct CAPS server PW that works when accessing it via my laptop thru my network. I have never had this issue with my original one. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

In the Media Network settings on the server, did you set up a login and password?

JRemote questions should be posted in the JRemote thread on our Third Party board.
