Thanks for purchasing.

You have an MC19 Mac license. Make sure the version of MC you're using matches (version and platform).

it was one time offer : for both mac and pc. So I bought it. I now need it to be installed on PC

I don't need the mac version. Can you revert the license from mac to pc? Even adobe can be so kind to revert the license from mac to pc....

PC and Mac are separate licenses.
We've never offered a joint license for both platforms.
-
it's ok, can you please transfer mac license to pc? Or I need to pay another $50 for it?

Do you have a Mac? The license shows that it's been installed on a Mac.
If you also want a PC license, it would be a separate purchase.

You can't convert a license for one OS to another. They are separate.
