Title: tv tuner keeping pc awake

Had a weird issue last night, we are currently having renovations to the house so the media server has been moved away from an ariel source so tv will not get a signal. As i am still using media server for movies music etc it does still try to record series that i have programmed from the guide. This is fine because the behaviour i would expect would for the tuner to not find a signal and not record but this is not what is happening.

My Pc stayed on all night trying to record this programme ( i looked in the tv settings options tab and until i restarted the machine jriver still said recording and would not go to sleep.

A bug maybe?

Lack of signal is treated as a temporary condition and thus MC retries to record.
