Hi
I am running recent "stable" version of MC19 (i.e. build 67)
Happened to me already few times that after I transfer some bulk of new music albums to NAS, MC crashes - I see Windows dialog that "Application stopped working, ...". I assume it happens when MC is scanning the new files.
Is there any crash dump I can submit for analysis?

You may have to enable logging in Help? But the log file is (on Win):
C:\Users\x64\AppData\Roaming\J River\Media Center 19
I think you can send them to logs@jriver.com, but better double-check.
I have been getting a lot of crashes lately on recent builds and will be sending logs myself shortly.

But what about crash dumps (the .DMP files that can be analyzed later in WinDbg or Visual Studio etc.)?
