Title: Theater view slideshow
Post by: Catello Vitiello on December 16, 2013, 03:12:51 pm
In theater view slideshow listening music, from some months, displays only pictures from last.fm. No Google images. I unchecked and checked Options>Theater view>Appearance>Theme>Online media show>Google Image with no result.
Is there any problem with Google?
Do I need any other settings?
Thanks

I think mine is still working right.

I do remember something about the Google Image search from a while back, though... It is somewhat notorious for pulling up unrelated images (sometimes bad, bad things).  Maybe they disabled it in some cases?

I think you refer to this: http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=70782.0 Checked I have no Custom Resources folder but again no Google Images

It is not working for me either.  And others starting in Oct:  http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=84169.0

Glynor:  Do you know if there is a image resolution parameter on what it pulls (ie filters out low res images from showing)?

For example, the band The Deep Dark Woods.  If I uncheck Last.fm from Online media show, and leave everything else checked, I get no images.  If I check Last.fm, I get 2 images even though Last.fm has 9 available.

No idea.  I'd guess it does have some kind of filter, but I don't know if it is configurable or hard-coded.  There's certainly nothing in the obvious options.
