Hi, I bought version 19 months ago, but just today installed it. Audio works, but I am having video issues. I can't play videos with playback method "automatic". I have to use "Quicktime engine".
At first "automatic" worked, but if I stopped in the middle of the video, MC would freeze and I would have to ctrl-alt-del out to kill the unresponsive program. Now, if I set it to automatic, it won't start and JRiver says "Locating..." and just waits...
Version 18 worked fine and I think I have copied all the settings. I have XP on an old machine.
Any ideas?
