Title: Missing registration codes in restore email

When I enter my email address here (https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore_email.cgi?displayemail=1) to retrieve my registration codes, the resulting email is missing the codes for MC19. I expect to see 2 MC19 for windows codes and 1 for MC19 for linux code. I only see codes for versions 17 & 18. Are these version 19 codes not linked to my account?

The email used was [removed by Matt to avoid Spambots finding your address].

I think you may have used a_____7 at aol dot com for some of them.  Could you try that address on the restore page?

Thanks. I had tried that one before updating to the gmail address but had the same result.

I had the system mail your AOL address again.  Check your spam filter if you don't see it.

I just received the email at the gmail account with all of the expected codes. Thanks for resolving this.

Will future purchases be correctly linked to my gmail account (assuming I order using that account)? Is there anything else I will need to do to avoid the issue I had earlier?

Yes.  The licenses are tied to Google now.

AOL has been a problem in the past.
