Title: Failed to load skin error

I've started getting two errors when launching Media Center:

1.  Failed to load skin 'Noire'. Reverting to default skin

and then, when I close that Information dialog box I get

2.  Failed to load default skin. Unable to continue.  Please reinstall Media Center

At this point Media Center actually launches.

I've tried changing the skin and get the same result with other skins.

I've downloaded and reinstalled the latest version - 19.0.100 - but that hasn't changed anything.

I'm running Windows 8.1.

I've attached the log file.

Has anything changed?  Antivirus program, for example?

Apparently this was caused by a video driver problem - there was an "optional" Windows update for my AMD Graphics Adapter that, once I installed it, solved this problem and several others.  I'm not sure what caused the problem in the first place but all is well now.
