Hey all, i was wondering what is a better MP3 type to convert to, MP3 Lame or MP3 Lame VBR? thanks

Lame VBR.  Some would say "high".  I use "normal" sometimes.  Mostly, I encode with APE because it is perfect -- no loss of quality.
