Title: HD Tracks won't download

HD Tracks told me to reinstall the downloader, but I can't get the one that is there to uninstall. I will attach screen shots of the places where I get blocked. Help me please.

You don't need to uninstall the old one first, the newer one will install right over the top of the old one (make sure the old one isn't running).
