Title: Registration Problem

I am having a problem with my registration code.  I downloaded MC19 and input my new code (I previously had MC18 installed and have since uninstalled that).  The code seems to input properly when I run the install file saying "License was installed successfully!".  However when I go to registration info it shows I am still in the trial period and when I restart the startup screen is still the trial version screen.  When I received my upgrade code email is states it is the "Linux Upgrade Key", my guess is this may be my problem??  If so may I get a new code?  (I am running Windows 7) or should this not matter.  I did not have this problem with my MC18 code on the same system.
