I am trying to connect my 'jriver media centre 18' to my 'my river' app on my ipad.
I cannot remember/locate my 'jriver media centre 18' username which is required.

Please can anyone explain how I can recover my username or replace with another.

(that's 6 x my !)

You'll see it in the Media Network section of Options.

Thank you, I got myself a little confused because my river prompted me for username and password and then would not accept them.
Thought I had the wrong username. If I still cannot get My River to work I'll have to post again. DW
