Title: jriver v19 tagging issues

Hi all

Upgraded from 18 to v19 just prior to the Christmas break, since upgrading ive started to get tagging error messages lots of them, in fact pretty much every time i power up jriver, and for some reason the skin i was using in the standard view has gone and been replaced with another skin can anyone tell me how to resolve.

Am I better uninstall v 19 and re installing the new version again and starting from scratch. I did have an issue with the upgrade code i got for v19 not being recognized, which i posted about but that seem to have been rectified.

Any assistance would be appreciated

The tagging problem is the kind of problem that an antivirus program can cause.

The skin problem may be that you are running the wrong version of MC or that you're running the install package each time instead of the program.
