It stops and starts as if buffering and my CPU Temps rise dramatically, any ideas?
I use a BT Home hub.

Here are two pics, one without JR running or streaming, and the next with JR running and streaming to Gizmo, note the 100 percent load on the processor, is this normal?

This is JRiver playing video on my PC with no streaming, note the load being normal.

Video needs to be transcoded when streamed to Gizmo, which uses quite a bit of CPU.
If your PC is not strong enough, you can try to pick a lower quality video preset in Gizmo, which should also reduce the required CPU load.
We have plans to re-evaluate our options for Gizmo streaming, which may give you a bit more flexibility in this in the future.
But its still a few month away.
