Title: I need to reinstall my OS.

Is there any way to move JR to my back up drive then move it back without messing up any settings?

Backup the library, copy the backup file to your backup drive, reinstall the OS, reinstall MC, copy the backup file back, then restore the backed up library (choosing to restore both the library and the settings).
