Title: WTV Files playback with no sound in WTV, Gizmo or sending to another device

Hi

I have a Silicon Dust Cable Card and create WTV recordings of HDTV. I have JRiver MC 18.0.212

These files play fine in VLC Media Player and Media Center with 5.1 or 2.0 audio

But there is no audio when I play them in
1) the JRiver GUI
2) Using the Android Gizmo app
3) Sending them via the JRiver Gui to a WDTV box

I know I have the proper codecs for WTV. However no sound with JRiver. 

Any thoughts
