Title: cover art for video on import
Post by: LaserPope on January 18, 2014, 02:45:49 pm
Sorry to be asking about cover art for video as I can see it's a common question but I haven't found an answer in the forum.

According to the wiki (http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Cover_Art (Finding Cover Art on Import)) if there is nothing in the tag it searches for [Filename.jpg] and if that does not exist then the folder.jpg. I have not been able to get the folder.jpg to show on import for video (tv shows in show/season folder structure). I know I can do it manually by right clicking but according to the wiki it should happen on import. Is there a setting that I have overlooked that blocks this?

The reason I want the folder.jpg to show on TV episodes is that I want to see season posters in Theater View and I can't get them to show unless all episodes in a season is showing the season folder.jpg. What does everybody else do about season posters in Theater View? Do you just show thumbnails?
