Title: MJ Failed to Import Media File

When ripping CDs, I get an unusually high number of files that MJ says it failed to import.  At first I thought that it was just because of a bad CD or something like that, but I am getting from 1 to 6 songs per CD that MJ failed to import after ripping.  It appears that the file was ripped into MP3 ok, but when ripping is finished, MJ deletes the file from the drive.  Sometimes I have to try ripping a file up to three times before MJ will properly import it.  When the file fails to import and MJ deletes it, it becomes a hassle to go down the list to see what files failed as MJ does not report the problem files at the conclusion of ripping.

Using MJ v8.0.211
