Title: Number of Files in "All FIles" Not Equal to "Category"

I have put all of my files into categories (I have double and triple checked this).  When I look at "All Files", it says 923 files (and they all show with categories).  When I click "Categories", it lists all my categories and gives me a file total of 885.  Where are the other 37 files?  Just wondering why they don't match up if all files are categorized.  Any help you can provide is appreciated.  Thanks!

Don't know if this is what you mean but under artist and albums if you are counting them you could have an unassigned category and your 37 files would be there.
